EDLEY'S CHOPPED BRISKET
We take beef brisket and slow-braise it for 10 hours in our mixture of dried chili peppers, salsa, onion, spices, and cola. It falls apart and melts in your mouth.
GRILLED CHICKEN
Chicken breasts marinated in our homemade carbon marinade for 24 hours, then grilled to perfection.
BO'S GROUND BEEF
We take fresh ground beef and add a proprietary seasoning blend, sear, then simmer for a tender, tasty addition to any of our tacos, burritos or quesadillas.
CHILI LIME SHRIMP
Our shrimp is marinated in smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic, cumin and coriander giving it a fresh burst of extra flavor with a “kick”.
SWEET POTATO
Slow roasted sweet potatoes seasoned with our special Edley's BBQ rub.
BRUSSELS SPROUT
Roasted Brussels sprouts tossed in a smoky chipotle glaze and finished with crumbled cotija cheese.
